Heya. My name is Zain.

0.0Start here
Over the last 12 years, I wore multiple hats in multiple industries and enjoyed my ebb and its flows.
I am turning 40 in 000days:00hrs:00min:00sec and this website is my memoir, to push my personal envelope to find my purpose!
My vision is underway, it has many moving parts, but I am progressing 1% everyday to become a better version of myself, and towards my vision.

0.1Prioritization is a key
My biggest failures come from trying to do much more than what I can swallow.
Here is what I learned the hard way, aka "less is more".
I want to simplify, be agile, crystal clear on what I can do.

0.2Learn, un-learn and re-learn
This is a quote I heard during the night of my graduation ceremony in 2012, from Adrian Tan.
I think this is self-explanatory, but this is what I practice as my core principle.
A half empty glass has more potential to store water than a full glass, while an empty glass has no purpose.
I hope you understood the analogy.

0.3Solve real world problems
I personally don't believe in "luck" per se, but I believe I got lucky at the start of my career to solve the olive oil gap for the Indian market.
I became India's first olive oil taster at the age of 19.
So think about real problems that you can solve, if you are just at the start of your entrepreneurial journey.
-
0.4Your taste, judgement and expertise is your moat
In the present era, what matters the most is your personal interpretation of things.
Your neural diversity is what makes you special.
-
0.5It's okay to say “No”
Learn to say no to things that you are not good at.
No is better than maybe, and much better than a yes, when you know the outcome of any statement.
-
0.6Love someone
This can be your family, your wife, your friends, your pet, your book, or even your AI agent. But love someone.
It is far more easy to be loved, than to love someone.

0.7G-D
You may plan, whatever you can. But in the end, g-d has a plan for everyone, and only their plan matters.
